How do I return an item?

Return Policy: All returns must be authorized prior to return and receive a RMA# from our customer service dept. within 2 days of delivery and must be postmarked within 2 days of receiving the RMA #. No exceptions. We will gladly exchange BRAND NEW – WITH TAGS STILL ATTACHED items for sizing issues as long as we are notified within 2 days of delivery.

We do not accept any returns for items that have been worn, washed, stained or do not have the original tags still attached. All products with original packaging (if applicable) and any free items associated with your purchase (if applicable), must be returned also to qualify for return. Seasonal and Holiday themed items are not eligible for return or exchange. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receipt of return.

We do not make exceptions to the return policy – Please be prompt with any returns to ensure you will meet the guidelines. We reiterate that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been worn or washed, do not have the original tags, or are part of any of the below sales:
